High School Instructors and Staff

High school faculty, staff, and administrators will find the information and forms they need below to complete the dual credit enrollment application process.
RCSJ is entering into a new Dual Credit articulation cycle for academic year 2026-2027. To maximize the dual credit opportunities afforded to your students, all relevant curriculum and faculty information may be submitted for RCSJ review.

All previously approved curriculum and faculty members will automatically roll into the new agreement. If your previously approved courses experienced change in course title or content, please submit those for our records. Otherwise, we look forward to reviewing the newly submitted curriculum and faculty related items.

Instructor Checklist

1.  Complete the Instructor Approval Form
2.  Complete the Dual Credit Adjunct Application through RCSJ’s Human Resources division
3.  Submit required documentation:
   1.  Resume — can be attached to application above, or submitted via email to [email protected]
   2.  Two (2) letters of recommendation — can be attached to application above, or submitted via email to [email protected]
   3.  Transcripts — Instructors interested in being considered as RCSJ adjuncts must provide official copies from the institution(s) attended. Instructors interested in Dual Credit consideration only may have their high school personnel office submit copies of transcripts directly to [email protected].
