All students are welcome to apply for EOF! The application is open to both currently enrolled students at RCSJ and new students. NJ Dreamers and transfer students (including EOF transfer and general transfer students) are strongly encouraged to submit an EOF application.

Am I Eligible for EOF? 

RCSJ students interested in EOF must follow these program requirements to be considered: 

  • Apply to your chosen Rowan College of South Jersey campus (Gloucester or Cumberland). 
  • Be a New Jersey resident for at least the past 12 months. 
  • Plan to enroll in a degree-seeking program. 
  • Meet the RCSJ academic progress policy. 
  • Submit a FAFSA application for the applicable year at FAFSA.  
  • NJ Dreamers should complete the NJ Alternative Financial Aid Application at NJ Alternative Application. 
  • Meet the gross income and asset requirements listed below:
