The Board of Trustees acknowledges its obligations and responsibilities under
NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq., the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) to provide access to its public records while safeguarding personal information that meets permitted exemption.
Accordingly, the Board directs the President to appoint a custodian of records and to develop administrative procedure to address the provisions of the Act.
