Policies & Procedures
Policy: 3205
In order to protect the rights and welfare of all human subjects involved in research activities conducted at the College or under its auspices, the College will ensure research is conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This applies to all research work, whether new, ongoing, or proposed for funding and whether conducted on or off the College campus.
Accordingly, all research involving human subjects must be reviewed and approved by an Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects in Research prior to such studies being undertaken.
The President will have administrative procedures developed to govern this policy.
