The Board of Trustees believes that both administration and the employee benefit from expeditious, in-house resolution of disputes.
The Board directs the President to develop administrative procedures for non-probationary employees to discuss grievances within the earliest possible timeframe and at the lowest supervisory level.
Administrative procedures will apply to all employees.
