To ensure compliance with New Jersey State law concerning the provision of a smoke-free environment that protects, preserves, and fosters the health and safety of all persons, the College prohibits smoking in all buildings and grounds except in identified designated smoking areas.
Administrative procedures will be developed for implementation of this policy.
