To ensure security and privacy of data when using collaboration platforms (web-conferencing, shared document editing, and instant messaging), all College employees must use the collaboration platforms officially recognized by the College — through a contractual agreement or license — for any collaboration initiated by the College.
Administrative procedure will be developed to provide additional information regarding collaboration platforms.
