Program Learning Outcomes
The Business Administration program gives students a broad introduction to business while preparing them for transfer to a four-year institution. The curriculum meets the requirements of the first two years of study at most colleges and universities. This program has additional globally recognized accreditation through the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
Students who have completed the program should be able to:
- Apply and integrate functional business knowledge to interpret financial information and other business-related situations
- Utilize technology to capture, analyze, and communicate information that supports business processes and decision-making
- Explain economic, legal, and social frameworks in which businesses operate
- Analyze ethical conduct and diversity in a global business environment
Enrollment Instructions
The 3+1 Program is an innovative partnership between Rowan College of South Jersey and Rowan University. This option allows students to save money by remaining at RCSJ to complete their junior year after earning an associate degree. Students then transfer to Rowan University to complete their senior year and graduate with a bachelor's degree.
