Program Learning
The ServSafe program is an eight-hour training course that prepares students for the official ServSafe certification exam, administered at the end of the program. Designed by food safety and service professionals, the course meets New Jersey food safety laws and regulations. Participants who successfully complete the training and pass the exam earn certification as Food Safety Managers.
The training is conducted in two four-hour sessions, with the certification exam given at the conclusion of the second session.

Enrollment Instructions
1. Visit our enrollment website and select your course with the appropriate start date.
2. Click “Add to Cart.” You will be prompted to create a new student profile.
3. Complete your enrollment by submitting payment for the course.
4. Download and complete the enrollment packet, if applicable, and send to [email protected] or drop off at the Cumberland or Gloucester CTE Office.
