Meet the Dean
“Our students are number one for us and we wouldn’t be here without them. Our goal for every student is that they have ample opportunities to succeed in their field and that they feel supported, mentored, and taken care of from the moment they submit their application to RCSJ to the moment I shake their hand on the graduation stage and wish them the very best in their future careers.”

RCSJ’s Premier Partner: Rastelli Foods Group
RCSJ’s premier partnership with Rastelli Foods enhances the College by providing students with unique opportunities to participate in hands-on, project-based learning using real-world examples from Rastelli and to pursue internships and job opportunities within the company, gaining experience and confidence in their field of study. The partnership also provides access to professional development and skill training events including keynotes and workshops led by Rastelli’s industry experts.
Central to this partnership is the Rastelli Entrepreneurship Center, which opened in April 2025. This space serves as a dynamic hub for all business students, offering resources such as a co-working space, meeting room, and a packaging demonstration area to support student-led startups and entrepreneurial initiatives. The center also hosts workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster innovation and collaboration among students, faculty, and industry professionals.
The Rastelli Entrepreneurship Center is more than just a physical space; it symbolizes the commitment of both the Business Studies Division and Rastelli Foods Group to nurturing the next generation of business leaders. We are excited about the transformative impact the Center will have on our students’ academic and professional journeys.
