Program Learning
The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) course is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills to effectively respond to cardiac emergencies in both healthcare and community settings. This comprehensive course focuses on providing high-quality CPR, recognizing life-threatening emergencies, and using an automated external defibrillator (AED) appropriately. Throughout the course, participants will learn and practice the latest guidelines and techniques endorsed by the American Heart Association.

Enrollment Instructions
1. Visit our enrollment website and select your course with the appropriate start date.
2. Click “Add to Cart.” You will be prompted to create a new student profile.
3. Complete your enrollment by submitting payment for the course.
4. Download and complete the enrollment packet, if applicable, and send to [email protected] or drop off at the Cumberland or Gloucester CTE Office.
