Program Learning Outcomes
The Child Advocacy Certificate provides specialized training in advocating for the rights and well-being of children in legal, social, and educational settings. This program equips participants with essential knowledge of child welfare policies, legal frameworks, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies to support vulnerable children and families. Through a combination of theoretical coursework and practical applications, students develop the skills necessary to navigate child protection systems, work with multidisciplinary teams, and promote the best interests of children. Graduates are prepared for roles in social services, nonprofit organizations, and other child-focused professions.

Education Unique to Each Student
The support and guidance I have received from faculty, staff, and my fellow students has been nothing but astronomical. I’m so thankful for the knowledge and skills I have gained during my time at RCSJ.
