Student Right To Know
In 2008, the Higher Education Opportunity Act became law, reauthorizing the Higher Education Act for the first time since 1998. This law is intended to help students and parents become more informed when making decisions about higher education. With this goal in mind, RCSJ developed a webpage to better educate students, parents, and the College community. For more information about the Higher Education Opportunity Act, refer to the U.S. Department of Education
